Touch-up clean (after move-in or punch list) — handles dust resettlement, last-minute punch items, tenant move-in cleaning, and final ready-for-business polishing.
Construction generates fine dust that infiltrates every surface — light fixtures, HVAC vents, electrical outlets, ceiling tiles, window tracks, behind millwork. A regular janitorial crew is not equipped for this level of cleaning. Post-construction crews use HEPA-filtered vacuums, lift access for high dusting of beams and ductwork, specialized chemistry for construction adhesive residue, and protocols for protecting newly installed finishes.
