Everyday, we meet thousands of these inspiring young individuals with big dreams, great determination and an intense desire to change the world for the better.
We believe potential like this should be encouraged, developed, and fostered until it becomes mature enough – immense enough – to impact society, touch lives and move nations. That’s why, we at Spotless Cleaning Chicago are reaching out to this generation of dreamers and we would like to give them the privilege to nourish their dreams to the fullest.
eligibility
The lucky winner receives a $1000 scholarship grant from Spotless Cleaning Chicago!
Eligibility Requirements:
• High School Juniors and Seniors.
• College Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.
• No Age Requirement.
• Illinois Resident (can attend college out of state but must be an Illinois resident be eligible for the Scholarship)
Create a 2-4 minute video explaining what an ideal employer is to you. Past generations would work at one job their entire life. What has changed and how can we bring it back? Uber has been the king of gamification. Most industries operate on 5%-10% net profit margins so increased pay beyond 5% of industry averages is not possible. In your video explain how employers can improve the lives of their employees and increase retention.

Deadline of submission is December 31st, 2024. The winner will be announced on January 10th, 2025.

2022 SCHOLARSHIP WINNER
Tizoc Aguirre
The winner of the 2022 Spotless Cleaning Chicago scholarship grant is Tizoc Aguirre. He is a student at Lincoln University, where he plays Division III basketball and majors in psychology. Good luck on and off the court at LU, Tizoc!
2021 SCHOLARSHIP WINNER

The winner of the 2021 Spotless Cleaning Chicago scholarship grant is Uyioghosa Ebomoyi, a student from DePaul University!
